Meadow Farm Foods only select the  nest pork bellies for smoking. The bellies are carefully marinated over night in a traditional pork marinade to allow the  flavours to diffuse into the belly for extra richness. The pork bellies are then smoked using top quality beech wood before being cooked for a further 6 hours. Slices of smoked pork belly are a lovely addition to the up of any burger or the base for mouth-watering sandwich.
